RASCAL

Rascal is a 30 metre custom phinisi‑style cruiser, handmade in Sulawesi and launched in 2015 as the flagship of what later became a sister fleet with Rebel. She takes the idea of a Hamptons‑inspired beach house and translates it to a boat, with brass, teak and soft neutrals giving a bright, easy atmosphere. Five above‑deck cabins accommodate up to ten guests, all with windows and natural light, supported by a crew of eleven. The lack of lower‑deck cabins and the open, informal layout make days feel more like being in a coastal home than on a traditional yacht. Communal spaces flow simply between indoor lounge, outdoor decks and dining areas, so the rhythm of life on board stays relaxed. Rascal sails between Komodo and Raja Ampat, with seasonal routes to Sumba and Rote, and is particularly well suited to groups of friends or families who want something fresh and unfussy, with good access to diving and beaches but a strong sense of place in the way the yacht is styled.
